As BRAND MANAGER, I worked in the introduction of new stores and categories such as Babies, Footwear, and Home, supporting the client to increase sales up to 88%. and we created and implement new Visual Merchandising guidelines and layouts.

As STORE MANAGER, it was quite a challenge to take a renovated store, with incorrect replacement data, I handled and analyzed the product in-depth, thinking ahead to make special orders and achieve better sales and productivity. I also took part in meetings with the store's director proposing products for development in Mexico nationwide.

As CHIEF OF PRODUCT DIFFERENTIATION, I implemented the introduction of content writing to the Verochi catalogs and developed a new store renovation project called “Famsa 2020”.
