Being a Store manager in charge of the management I followed up the dossiers and news that the brand sent us every week, helped by the sell analysis to achieve the sales goals, training my team to have the store always with the correct visual merchandising, from the storefront, graphics, signs, decoration, music, and warehouse.

As Brand Manager, in charge of the brand VM team activities, I created every season new guides:
1. Basic rules for visual merchandising.
2. Trends with real visual merchandising, draw examples of the new product they will receive during to season.
3. Pilots with real pictures of the visual merchandising showing ideas on how to merchandise the new product, promotions, and discounts.

Also, trained the client VM team (around 380 stores) by face-to-face and online seminars.
